Luce's grandmother was here for a few days this week, so I had two days off. The first one I spent shopping and seeing Sex and the City, so I figured I'd use the second to get a little culture. I decided to go to the Musée Marmottan Monet, which is this little museum in the 16th. My guidebook said it was great, and apparently it has the largest collection of his works anywhere, so I had high hopes. I was actually kind of disappointed though- I didn't like a lot of the works upstairs, although the basement of Monets was pretty awesome. I've been meaning to go for a while though, and I guess the bottom floor made it worth the trip! I couldn't take
pictures inside but here are two of the outside (sorry G, no people).
